Fulfilment origin

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Japan via our fulfilment network.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer due to stock confirmation, address issues, or operational constraints.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery varies by dispatch timing, carrier performance, and customs clearance. Typical delivery is around 7–14 business days after dispatch, but it may take longer during peak periods.

Shipping fees

We offer free standard shipping for eligible destinations/orders as shown at checkout. Any exceptions will be clearly displayed before payment.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when supported. You will receive tracking details once available.

Customs, GST, duties & inspections

Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection due to regulatory requirements. To make your experience seamless, Fuji Direct orders are generally inclusive of applicable import GST/taxes, so you should not need to pay additional charges to customs, carriers, or other authorities upon delivery.
If additional information is required for clearance in specific cases, we will contact you and assist accordingly.

Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments, reshipping fees may apply.

Delays beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, or events outside our control.
